Every place I try to install MGE it says: 'MGE must be installed to Morrowinds installation directory'. Now when that's said (thanks to The Luddite), I.

So I installed the Nexus Mod Manager and the MGE XE mod. Activated the mod successfully but every time I launched Morrowind the mod was not running. Then someone told me that Nexus Mod Manager does not work with Morrowind, you need to do mods manually. So I installed the MGE XE mod manually, unzipped it, but now it's asking me to install it to the Morrowind Installation directory. Which I cannot find. I Googled but most of the instructions are for the non-steam version of Morrowind. Steam seems to add a bit of complexity to this process.
